A worked example
A company of 40 in Dublin
They choose EUR 150 per person. In November a box arrives at the office: 40 envelopes, each with a name and a card. In January, Aoife takes a spa day at Eden One and adds a treatment herself. Four colleagues from sales pool their gifts and play Druids Glen in May. Two save theirs for a night at Druids Glen in September. Two never redeem, and we remind them twice before the year is up.
Invoice: EUR 6,360 incl. service fee, excl. VAT. Tax-free for every employee under the Small Benefit Exemption.
The value
Choose the value
Every employee receives a Sanapass gift with the value you choose, redeemable at any place in the Collection: hotels, spas and golf clubs, for a spa day, a round of golf, treatments or a night away. They pick the place, the date and what to book.
In Ireland, gifts up to EUR 1,500 per employee per year are tax-free under the Small Benefit Exemption.
EUR 150
In Ireland, gifts up to EUR 1,500 per employee per year are tax-free under the Small Benefit Exemption.
- EUR 100: a spa day, a 60-minute massage, or a tee time.
- EUR 150: a spa day with a treatment, 18 holes with lunch, or five sea-sauna sessions.
- EUR 250: a night with breakfast and spa, outside peak season.
Most companies choose 150.
Includes the personalised card and envelope and shipping to one address. Price per employee, plus the Sanapass service fee of EUR 9 per gift, excl. VAT.
Service fee per gift: EUR 9 up to 49 gifts, EUR 7 from 50, EUR 5 from 200. Shipping to one address included; each further address EUR 29.

Who is behind this
We spent five years in Copenhagen watching good companies buy benefits nobody used, and good hotels pay a quarter of every booking to a platform. Sanapass is our answer to both.
