In Ireland, gifts up to EUR 1,500 per employee per year are tax-free under the Small Benefit Exemption.
- EUR 100: a spa day, a 60-minute massage, or a tee time.
- EUR 150: a spa day with a treatment, 18 holes with lunch, or five sea-sauna sessions.
- EUR 250: a night with breakfast and spa, outside peak season.
Most companies choose 150.

What comes next
From 2027: a monthly Sanapass credit as a standing benefit, and team weekends and offsites booked through the same Collection.
Employer funds are kept on a separate client account until the gift is used.
